How do I get on the general email list to find out about all events?

We check for registrations M-F and we will send you a welcome email after we have processed it. That welcome email will provide you with all the things:  a link to a constantly updating events "ticker" with all details related to events like location / links to Zooms, a password to get tto the grassroots trips page, and links to all our social media accounts.
How do I indicate that I am interested in a trip?  

You enroll by clicking on the "enroll" button under the trip info.  That alerts Angie's phone and she follows up the next business day. 
I've enrolled.  How do I find out about the details of the trip?
1. Once we have a "critical mass" of people (that number changes with each trip) Angie will email you from this email address, adding you to the trip email group: [email protected] 

2. At the bottom of every email she sends in the email group, she links to a document that is the entire email history for that trip.  She will also provide a link to the "Trip Ticker file."  On that document she builds a chart for each trip that tells all deadlines, plans, flights, links to the digital itinerary in progress, supplier websites etc. She can't post the trip ticker file on this website as it has people's addresses on it if they host a social.
